Baby Massage

From the moment a baby is born, touch becomes their first language—their way of feeling safe, loved, and connected. Baby massage is more than just a soothing practice; it is a powerful tool that nurtures a child's emotional and physical development while strengthening the sacred bond between you as a parent and your little one.

The benefits of baby massage extend far beyond relaxation: Supports brain development, Soothes teething pain, encourages better sleep, eases digestion and colic, boosts muscle and joint strength, improves flexibility, circulation, and overall physical health.

Baby massage is not just for the child—it is a profoundly therapeutic experience for parents. It fosters mindfulness, reduces stress, and helps caregivers feel more confident in their role. The moments spent massaging a baby are moments of pure presence—where the worries of the world fade, leaving only warmth, connection, and love.

What is included in the classes?

You will receive a bottle of massage oil and a baby massage manual in your language to bring with you everywhere.

When should I start massaging my baby?

Baby massage can begin as soon as your baby is born with gentle touch, like skin-to-skin contact. However, structured massage routines are often introduced after the first few weeks, when babies are more settled and responsive. I suggest waiting until a newborn is at least one month old before starting with the regular massages technique. At around 4 to 6 weeks they have greater periods of contented wakefulness and are more open to being massaged. Massage are suitable from birth to crawling and should be done when they are calm, alert, and content.

**I offer group sessions, private sessions in person or online and can do it for a group of friends/colleagues in a location of your choice.
